South Derbyshire District Council is now consulting on the Publication Version of the Local Plan Part 2 Review.

The Local Plan Part 2 Review will sit alongside the Local Plan Part 1 Review and contains non-strategic policies and allocations against which future planning applications will be determined.

The consultation will run from Monday 19 October until 5pm on Monday 30 November 2026.

Please see poster below advertising a series of public drop-in sessions across South Derbyshire. At the drop-in sessions visitors will be able to view the consultation documents, speak to Council Officers about the proposals and collect a paper response form if required.
